Growth Hacking tools

Growth Hacking is a relatively new field, and the tools that are commonly used can change quickly. In general, growth hacking tools are designed to help businesses grow by using innovative and unconventional marketing techniques. Some examples of growth hacking tools might include marketing automation software, data analytics platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. It’s important to keep in mind that growth hacking is not just about using tools, but also about using creative thinking and experimentation to find new ways to grow a business.

Before you start using various tools, have a look at what challenges you want to work with and then afterward select a tool if needed.
Don’t approach it the other way and start of with a tool beforehand.

For measuring your funnel, you of course have the “usual suspects” like Google Analytics and CRMs like Hubspot that focus on the awareness and acquisition domain. But tools that measure behavior in the product are indispensable to see what the behavior is in activation and retention. Think here for example of Mixpanel or Amplitude. In addition, you have the necessary tools to support the retrieval of qualitative data. For example, you have Hotjar, Typeform, Intercom but also Appcues. The latter is very useful in onboarding flows, for example.
